  • They were in business at various London addresses from around 1820 until they finally closed their doors in 1982
  • Approx 9½ inches long overall with the blade being approx 4½ inches long
  • Beechwood handle with brass securing ferrule
  • Nice clear makers marks stamped onto the blade
  • Good overall condition
  • Used for trimming vines and shrubs as a larger billhook would be used in hedgework
  • Would benefit from sharpening if to be used
